Shipping Policy

Most orders placed are dispatched in 10 business days and custom leather jacket orders will take up to 15 business days. We ship all our packages using AusPost, DHL, TNT, SkyNet and DPEX Courier Services.

Platinum-Leathers provides all jackets with a tracking number so you can track your jacket. We will email your tracking number once your jacket has been dispatched. Alternatively you can also find your tracking number from our Order Tracking page.

  • All orders require a physical address with a valid telephone number for shipping. We do not ship to PO boxes APO/FPO Address.
  • Please be aware that we ship our products from multiple places to make logistically feasible for you to receive your order in time. You may be receiving orders from UK, US or Asia, depending upon your shipping address and availability of your ordered item(s).
  • We save on shipping costs, warehousing costs and insurance cost. We pass all these savings to our loyal customers.
  • All orders can be tracked with a tracking number provided by the shipping company. In case if you haven’t received your order, you can track it with your shipping company.
